Location is amazing, could complete the Levada da Fajã + PR19 loop straight from there and there is a great restaurant walking distance (Sunshine). Views are incredible for sunset and sunrise and it’s very calm and peaceful outside - you won’t get enough of it!! The breakfast was delicious and filling (fresh fruits, fresh bread and pastries, eggs to your liking, yogurt, etc.) The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The cats roaming the property are adorable (but beware if you are allergic)

The road to get there is the steepest we drove on in Madeira so beware!!! Our room gave onto the main shared balcony (1st floor) and there is only a door, no window, so we closed it shut when leaving the property and it got quite stuffy inside the room. The bed is very squeaky and so are the floors (we didn’t mind the latter as much).

Ruhig gelegen mit toller Aussicht. Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück an einer großen Tafel. Wir haben nette Gespräche geführt und Reisetips ausgetauscht. Personal sehr hilfsbereit und aufmerksam.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and made guests feel welcome. The place is overall very peaceful (quiet location+atmosphere). The room was very clean. Location was nice if you want to rewind from the city.

Overall it was very nice. Some minor things are the coating of the furniture that made it very sticky (but it was clean!) and the stiff bedding could be considered uncomfortable by some.

Das Haus ist super und die Aussicht ist top.

Das Haus und vor allem die Zimmer könnten eine Renovierung gebrauchen. Die Betten waren sehr hart und die Zimmer etwas klein.
