The views and location are beautiful. Cap Ferrat is sensational. Overall, the staff is elegant, classy, and wonderfully attentive.

No espresso machine in the room - a first for us at a 5-star property. Yes, breakfast is steps away, but sometimes guests simply want a quick espresso before getting dressed. Quite surprising. The bathroom layout was uncomfortable and potentially hazardous: the shower and bathroom doors collide. My husband and I nearly had a glass- and wood-door collision when using them simultaneously. There were also no towel hooks, so towels ended up on the floor, pillows were surprisingly small for a king bed, and turn-down service was skipped our final night. Again, surprising for a 5-star property. But the most disappointing part was the concierge service. I relied on the hotel concierge to plan three days of beach clubs and reservations. We were completely misled on one recommendation. They described a beach club as lively, energetic, and worth a beautiful water-taxi ride. We spent €400+ on a 15-minute round trip, only to arrive at a desolate, run-down beach with perhaps 10 chairs, broken metal parts, ugly conditions, no staff, and no ambience. We left after an hour, yet were charged the full chair fees x 4 and boat transfer, and, most importantly, lost half a day of our vacation. What was most upsetting was the response when I complained. I was genuinely in tears and was met only with, “I’m sorry it didn’t meet your expectations.” Nothing was offered to acknowledge or offset the loss. I personally feel a refund of the taxi and a credit for the chairs would be appropriate. We felt completely taken advantage of and, frankly, cheated. Perhaps the concierge didn’t realize what they were recommending, but that is precisely the problem. For a 5-star guest arriving by €400+ water transfer, I cannot understand recommending this over the Four Seasons day pass, just five minutes away. Their recommendation cost us hundreds of euros, half a day of precious vacation time, and an experience we cannot get back. “Sorry” without any effort to make it right felt deeply inadequate.

Laute Kinder von 1 - 10 ohne Respekt gegenüber den anderen Gästen. Unserer Meinung nach sollten Kinder in diesem Luxushotel verboten sein.

Outranking 5 star hotel. Design luxury , garden serenity , pool was magnificent even able to do laps and with a private beach club, heaven. The staff made the experience amazing they were so professional the service was exceptional.

It’s an amazing hotel and the front desk staff are excellent

The staff at breakfast were super rude and really spoiled the experience
