I liked the breakfast, it was good. Location is very good. Close to river and main train station. I stayed a single room may be for this reason was very small. Bed was single may be for this reason was very small and not comfortable

Lovely, clean modern hotel. Friendly staff. Very high standard of decor and cleanliness. Modern fixtures and fittings. Spacious double bedroom and ensuite. Delicious buffet breakfast. Short walk from main train station and central area.

The breakfast was well stocked and super delicious. The room was comfortable and quiet. The option of coffee in capsule in the Nespresso machine gives a very nice touch to the room. Excellent attention from the staff at the front desk at check in and check out.

The pillows were perhaps a bit soft for my taste. They sank a bit more than usual when resting my head. A plus point is that they included two pillows (one large and one small) per person.

Very clean place, helpful and warm personnel. Also the breakfast was great quality and there was plenty of choices. Hotel provided a very comfy cot for the baby. There was free parking, which helped a lot. Reserve your parking spot beforehand!

This Hotel was excellent in every way. We loved the staff who were always wearing a smile and always ready to help and advice. Abundant breakfast to keep you going through the day, We were even given some extra hours to check out since our flight was late in the evening for free. Situated within walking distance to attractions and main train station. We highly recommend this hotel.

the elevator wasnt working at the time. we stayed on the 5th floor & had to walk up/down, until check-out.

Great location - 10/15 mins walk to the cathedral / main shopping area. place was spotless. Good breakfast. Room lovely and big.

staff are not friendly and seem like the last thing they want to do is answer a question or help a customer. they acted like they hated their jobs!! beds are very hard so didn’t get a great night sleep.

The hot water was not working The central heating was not working I called the staff and my room have changed 3 times.I give only 2 star .the rooms are very small.in sometimes was big noise on night something was going on like a big drill and crazy noise .

The location

I got a single room with a very comfortable bed, minibar, television, wifi and a big bathroom. You can buy drinks and snacks from the minibar for reasonable prices and they offer you a bottle of water (50 cl) for free. The breakfast was very good, with a lot of different choices, both sweet and savoury.

It's a 4 star hotel, so I think they should pay a little more attention to the details (especially in the bathroom), but it's just a minor advice.

NO Air Conditioning

Decent Breakfast, Nice and tidy room. Central location within 10 minutes of the main station. Friendly Staff. All in all an enjoyable stay.

Button on shower head was missing, A/C couldnt be regulated. Window faced to the street with noisy people passing by every once in a while.

Car parking was good and secure. Room was pleasant and staff friendly

I felt there needed to be more staff. They seemee snowed under. They were really good though.

Breakfast Clean and smart

Although I booked 2 rooms for 5 people through booking.com, we checked in in 2 rooms for 4 people. Manager was very unhelpful, blaming us and unwilling to help. My 6 year old had to sleep on a made up mattress on the floor. Not even an apology. Very poor service. Luckily the rest of the staff was lovely.
