Der Wellnessbereich ist überragend.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Bei der Mittagsjause war nach 1.Stunde fast nichts mehr da, und wurde auch nicht mehr aufgefüllt.

Receptie 24 uur bemand zodat je met al je vragen makkelijk terecht kunt. Personeel vriendelijk en het ontbijt zeer uitgebreid. Hotelkamers super strak en een top wellness!

Room temperature was hot and could not be cooled. (suspect it was caused by underfloor heating with no controller for it)

Amazing spa facilities, superb 5-course dinners and splendid choice at breakfast. Super friendly staff and great location on market square.
No blinds/dark curtains in the bedroom, so as sun came out early it was a bit bright in the room but we enjoyed early morning rise

The spa facilities were outstanding. Pool temperature was perfect.
The view from the huge jacuzzi with bubble beds was out of this world. 4 different saunas to choose from. Beautiful comfy beds to lounge around, in front of a roaring fire, or quiet corners to sit/lay and read or take a nap.
Nice bar and restaurant area.
Proximity to ski areas or hikes.. fantastic!
The rooms drains had a bad odor, so had to keep the door open. The hotel is next to the casino, that had music playing, with people milling around outside till the wee hours of the morning. On Saturday night it was 3am before the noise stopped.
The breakfast was good. Just a small constructive criticism …soft boiled eggs were not soft at all on all 3 days we were there.
Waffles and pancakes were hard as rocks. It would have been nice to have warm syrup instead of cold. Easy fix to put syrup on a cup warmer.
Variety was very good. Service was excellent.

The hotel was very central . The railway on one side and the village square on the other side of the building it was an excellent location.
The room was big and overlooked the square. The food was very good and dinner was excellent value and had a good choice. The pool was really nice and the sauna area was very good too.
The staff didn’t speak much English and got annoyed if they didn’t understand. Everything was in German all menus it made it hard for everyone.

We stayed in this hotel more than 15 years ago. It has been re-decorated since and, foodwise, there has been a highly improvement from what we had 15 years ago. We were positively surprised by the hight quality of food. Congratulations to the Chef.
To be honnest, nothing was really negative, maybe the rooms should be refreshed at some point, as well as the upper floor corridors which are a bit outdated.

Hotel itself is lovely and rooms are spacious. The spa and sauna is a highlight for sure.
Couldn't order drinks to the spa. Bed was two singles pushed together which I really don't like. Room had only one towel in it but only gowns. But generally it truly was lovely.
