We liked the welcome by the staff, the table reserved and ready, the buffet breakfast was standard items. The Manager helped us take family photos.

Modernes, gepflegtes und gut ausgestattetes Hotel mit hilfsbereitem Personal. Es gibt Parkplätze direkt am Hotel. Die Stadt ist sehr gut zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

Leider war die Speisenauswahl im Restaurant am Abend reduziert.

Very friendly persons at breakfast and frontdesk. Parkingspot at the hotel is very convenient. Lovely prepared breakfast with nice location to have breakfast.

probably the region, but compared to other stays in Germany rather high priced for the quality of the rooms. for example, there is no elevator to go to high floorlevels

Stayed at this hotel in 2017, and booked again due to its location and facilities. We had a 2 bedroom apartment style layout, in what was the newer part of the hotel complex. Beautifully clean and serviced, with view of the Mosel. Breakfast in the main.hotel part was excellent, offering a buffet with both a continental type, and hot breakfast items.

Only comment I would make is that as the hotel is open for evening meals and drinks to non residents, the car park could become full. Would certainly recommend that if possible guests arrive, book-in and park before the hotel provides evening meals.

Nice room with Balcony,..away from the road facing east towards green and thus Cool in the evening. Good carpark. Nice terras where we enjoyed breakfast looking at the Castle. It’s just a little walk from the very busy city center and that was perfect for us. Nice welcoming receptionist. Very friendly staff.

Quiet, great location next to the river and a short flat walk to Cochem town centre. Large comfortable room, great bathroom with large walk in shower. Wonderful restaurant and bar, had the best meal of my 10 day, 5 country journey. Helpful, friendly owner and staff.
