Location. Beach The receptionist ( guy) was rude. The rest of the staff are friendly but waitress are always selling and upselling. You need to ask the price otherwise its overcharged . We paid euro 70 for a small grilled fish , catch of the day barely 400 grams We arrived at breakfast at 8am and only 1 pancake left, was asking if there would be more pancake for my son on the breakfast buffet and instead of saying, it will be refilled later , she said , it runned out but I can get you for extra fee. And then after 10 minutes pancake was refilled at the buffet station. Good breakfast selection though. 2 Waitress were coughing - teresa and daniela , not wearing face mask and coughing while serving food and drinks and handling food. We told the management,no action taken. Food selection for lunch and dinner is not good. Also I dont find the food particularly delicious for this hotel category. The mid-price restaurant Chiaro di Luna at the center taste way better . Overpriced hotel . We came on an off pick season but I wouldnt pay it full price when we come back next. What a beautiful hotel on an incredible crystal clear watered beach. The pool and restaurant were also a big plus. Highly recommend!

This was a beautiful property, amazing views, nice quiet location, close to the beach, lovely little pool to relax around. the staff were so helpful and friendly but a little unorganised. I adored the original features of the hotel. I thought was beautifully presented.

The beds were extremely uncomfortable, to the point we didn’t sleep as they were so hard and so were the pillows. A hotel that charges 5* pricing needs to offer comfort to their guests. The restaurant was very expensive and the food was below average. Charging €50 a day to hire a sun bed on the beach wasn’t great, especially when you are a family of 5. Again, when you pay 5* prices charging additionally for sun beds is unacceptable.
