I stayed in the single bed room, and it was quite a lot of room for one person! And bed was bigger than the standard single bed :) Room was extremely clean. Staff were extremely nice. 5 mins walk to nearest metro, and there is also a tram stop right in front of the hotel! and a huge supermarket!
Note that you have to pay the city tax in cash, and the breakfast is quite simple (for me it was fine). There is no lift so bear that in mind with heavy luggage (I had a backpack and cabin luggage so I was fine). Note there is no kettle or fridge in the room but I personally did not need this.
