The staff are very welcoming which is very important .
Ridvan is a lovely guy, very friendly who works on reception in the evening and will go out of his way to make your stay very comfortable.
Also Hümeyra and Berk work on reception and are always asking if everything is okay and if we need anything .
Everywhere in the hotel is very clean , beautiful pool , breakfast area is superb and clean and everyone is smiling and happy that works here .

Good breakfast, with various kinds of sweets. The pool (not so big) very well maintained. Staff - very kind and helpful.
The location, nearby the street, could cause some noise issues.

I got a double room with a friend, the room is just big enough and the pool is perfect. The toilet and the showers have great water pressure. The hotel location is great and it has 3 convenience stores in front of it that are open late night. The hotel is walkable from the city center, around 10 mins which is ideal.
The Breakfast is great and very tasty, and the staff are so nice and welcoming. The reception is manned 24/7 which is great and they’re able to help with every query we had
You can’t bring in outside food and water, which is understandable but not ideal. There are no TV channels in English. The breakfast timing is 8-10 which isn’t great, I recommend for it to be longer. You can’t drink the water from the pipes so you’ll have to purchase bottles everytime.
