Location is very beautiful

We spent 2 dinners in the restaurant named Quattro Sensi: food was expensive but not really good.

Quiet a clean , quiet , relaxing place

The place is big and our room was a bit far from reception , pool and all amenities so it was a bit tiring especially when doing our check out , carrying our luggage. Another thing is the dress code for the restaurant which ok it states every where that man should only wear only trousers to dine there but on the other hand the fact the place is also a CENTRO DI BENESSERE we were provided with flip flops and a bathrobe and telling us that we could go around wearing those every where in the hotel even at bars or restaurants in the hotel for breakfast and lunch but not for dinner . Still I would say that the restaurant is a Michelin Star and needs it’s decor but I was staying there and was going to attend still with Bermudas , loafers and shirt . Yet again it’s a nice place and a Place to Visit

Excellent view, gardens well maintained, the SPA very cosy, swimming pools very comfy

Service a bit below standard and not very efficient for the type of facility. No one to welcome/pick up luggage at arrival, a general feeling of lack of organisation. Room sold as a suite (effectively a junior). A general smell of mould (not eccessive, but constantly present)
