Sabrina was amazing so friendly and helpful. Clean apt. Great location and plenty of taxis around.
There was a strong smell of cannabis in the hallways in the morning but this I know is out of the control of the agency

Nice-sized room. Clean. Quiet. Loved the small roof terrace, with loungers, umbrella, table & chairs - perfect for morning cuppa and evening sky-gazing. Four floors up - but there's a lift.
Good location - interesting, mixed area, close to the Metro and walking distance to the centre.
I would stay here again if I'm lucky enough to ever travel to Barcelona again!
The person who met me with the keys couldn't tell me what part of the city I was in. Didn't bring a city map. (Google maps have their limitations when you're trying to get a fix on a whole city). I was concerned at first because I thought I was a long way from the centre, but it turned out to be fine.
I felt a bit isolated in the building. Didn't bump into anyone there at all.

Very well located, downtown, but not the annoying crowds. It's a quiet street next to a charming pedestrian street full of small bars. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
One night at a restaurant on the beach they stole our bag with all our documents... with a key to the apartment. Thank you very much, the host took immediate action and brought us another key to the apartment in a short time. We were lucky that the police found several things on the beach the next day, including the key. Thank you! We will come here again!

The location was fantastic and the flat had everything that we needed. It was very clean and comfortable. Augustina sent travel info and met us on time for check in. Would definitely recommend
No plug for the sink to wash up but otherwise just fabulous

Great location but at night there were noises from people probably going to or back from parties. Also toilet keeps being flushed many times without any reason and it's a bit loud

Absolutely prime location,just 5 min walk from La Rambla.
The aparment was clean and had all necesarry facilities.
The noise from the street as the apartment is on one of the main streets leading to Placa Catalunya,however at night it usually subsided and during the day we were out.

The location is amazing . It is very central so we were within walking distance to everything !
We asked could we check in earlier and they were super accommodating !
The place to store your bag if you have a late flight is half an hour away from the apartment so we just paid for a central locker to leave our bags .
We only had one set of keys in our apartment so had to work around that

Thanks for the kindly check in. The apartment is very clean, has all facilities and situated on a perfect spot.
But to be honest a terrible place to sleep! The neighbours are so noisy till late in the night for 3 nights long. They scream, run, smash with doors and at some point we thought they would fall through the ceilling. I really think you should ask them to be more quit.

the apartment has a serious problem in the toilet, which prevents us to recommend it! The toilet is permanently flushing even when nobody is using it and during the night. this is was very annoying during the night and it didn’t allow our sleep.

Location was great, near the metro and 20min of walk to interesting places of Barcelona.
Unfortunatelly there was uncomfortable small bed :(

Excellent location and very clean, beautiful place. The staff made the check in and check out very easy even though we arrived and departed at odd times (late night and early morning). The place has everything you need ! Totally satisfied ! :)

The location is excellent. A 3 minute walk to La Sagrada Familia. It is a 4 minute walk to the metro station. The cab stand is a 3 minute walk. It is not too far from many other sites (Las Ramblas, etc). The host was very, very pleasant. Her English was very good. Most of the furnishings are modern and clean. One bedroom was good sized.
One of the air conditioners made a noise every 3 minutes like an espresso machine. We couldn't sleep with it on. The toilet had the sulfur smell that comes from old pipes. The second bedroom was about 20% too small. I understand that this company has other apartments. Perhaps all of the high ratings relate to one of those other apartments. It wasn't terrible. But, I wouldn't stay in this apartment on Passatge de Maiol, 10 again.

Top floor small studio apartment. Best thing was a private sun terrace. Very self contained.
Could really do with a painting. The apartment is perfectly adequate and lovely but in need of TLC!
