Castello City Hotel

The rooms were clean, and the breakfast was very tasty and varied. The 24/7 reception was a big plus, as we arrived at 1 AM and were welcomed with open arms. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room was cleaned every day. The hotel is close to the city center, about a 10-minute walk. A taxi from the airport cost us €28, but there is also a direct bus, which is another big plus. There are also supermarkets nearby. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

Really pleasant hotel. I had a small double room which was fine for a single traveller. Great rooftop restaurant and buffet breakfast was plentiful. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout.

Not really a criticism but I arrived late at night and itbb be is difficult to work out how to get into the building. During the day, it’s obvious as there are two large columns, but at night, even Google maps got confused.

Location to City & Airport Great BBQ specialist taverna down by the front .

Basic facilities , no chairs in room or balcony . Cocktails were basic . Partly renovated oldish Hotel Parking is a nightmare ! Don’t expect it to be quiet at night 😉

The only thing which I liked was only the multi options of breakfast

No air conditioning in the summer ?? This is joke As well the bed , the mattress was totally horrible, you was lining and the bed was making like a hole in a middle because was too much soft .
