Hotel Granada Centro

The room was very spacious and clean, with a fridge and a kettle. The bed was also very comfortable and wide

There were a few things we didn’t like: 1. Although the room was cleaned every day, the towels weren’t changed. On one occasion, we found a clump of hair on a towel that appeared to be fresh after cleaning. 2. There were only two cups in the room, and the staff wouldn’t provide another pair for our morning coffee. They were generally pleasant, but not very helpful when we asked for things. 3. The hotel was somewhat far from the centre, about a 15–20 minute walk, and farther from some other places we wanted to visit.

Nice reception people

Nothing

Great location, parking available nearby (requires payment )and very friendly staff. We had a pleasant stay and would recommend it.

The room did not have a fridge or an iron. There is a shared kitchen firdge available, but this was not clearly explained to us, so we were unable to make use of it.

The staff is very friendly, especially the night shift. The wifi speed is very fast. The room is clean and tidy.

I had booked the hotel a month in advance but was still placed in the only room located between the stairwell and the elevator which was extremely noisy. The surrounding free parking was a hazard and one had to be extremely careful as it was very easy to get fined. The street where the hotel was located was undergoing construction and there was a lot of dust and debris outside.
