Clean and comfortable.

Clean and comfortable, easy to access and find the parking. Thoughtfully , including an iron and hairdryer

No staff actually at the property, had to rely on emails for information. A map of the area would be useful. A small fridge in the room would be nice to be able to have cold drinks and keep cheese for example

We stayed here on our wedding night, and Nick at the property was absolutely amazing! He even left us a congratulations card for our wedding, which was a very nice touch, and also some chocolates, which were very much appreciated. Thank you, Nick!

There wasn't anything we disliked about the property. It was very clean, very well taken care of, and the cleaning staff we met in the morning were amazing too!

Location great. Cleanliness good.

Storage terrible. Nowhere in bathroom to put anything but the floor. We stayed 2 days and found it difficult to cope without proper storage.I had a full length dress for a wedding, couldn't hang it on rail, had to hang outside of wardrobe space. Only cubes for clothes, personal items etc.no drawers. May be OK for one night but not for any longer. I left an expensive phone charger plugged in when we went home. As soon as we got back I left a text message to report it. Nobody has got in touch regarding this. I only live 45 minutes away so could easily have collected it. Not impressed with customer care.
