Friendly service, awesome location, great dining recommendations

The hotel is cozy and at walking distance from the city centre. The staff and owners are extremely kind. I had a problem while visiting the city and they were very helpful and supportive. Highly recommended!

The best thing about this hotel is its location. It’s right in the center, making it very convenient to explore the area on foot. Another highlight was Costa at the reception. He was very kind and went above and beyond by carrying our very heavy luggage up to the third floor. I really appreciated his help because it was not an easy job.

The biggest downside is that there is no elevator. Our room was on the third floor, so carrying heavy luggage up and down the stairs was very difficult. When we checked out, there was no one available to help us, so we had to carry everything down ourselves. Overall, I think the price was too high for what the hotel offered. It may have been more expensive because we visited in August, but I still don’t feel it was good value for the money. I’m giving it a 7/10 because of the excellent location and Costa’s outstanding service. I would consider staying here again, but only if I didn’t have heavy luggage or if there was a room on a lower floor.

The situation was excellent . The staff were very pleasant. the bathroom was good and efficient. no stairs to climb. The size of the room was good and storage good too. The television worked well.

The carpet was stained and brown. the room was on the ground floor so was dark but the furniture was dark, the carpet was brown and old and stained . The room was not pleasant to stay in. If they did something about the floor...paint it white and remove the carpet, it would improve the room a lot. I did not feel the cleaning person was very efficient .. He/she forgot to do my room one day . I had to ask for an extra blanket as none were in the cupboards, and I am not usually cold..... Not really what I would call a "boutique hotel" !
