dangerous stairs to my bathroom

The daily cleaning is good. The location is wonderful and easy to walk to attractions. Many restaurants and bakery is in 5 mins.

The room is small. if you are 1.8m above, it may not a good place for you.

Comfortable beds, friendly staff who are always available, safe location close to nice restaurants

Wifi wasn’t accessible from our room, despite their listing stating it would be available in all rooms, so we had to use the wifi in the lobby

Hotel was ideal for what we needed. The location was perfect only a short walk to some main attractions and surrounded with little shops and trendy restaurants. Rooms were very clean and amenities were good. Staff were also very helpful and approachable

The bed was made most days by hotel staff however the sheets were never changed throughout our stay although this was a minimal concern with how pleased we were with the hotel.

Friendly staff , clean, good location, Forgot passport wallet and was re united with it when I returned for my case which the hotel kindly kept as we had a late flight (had staff not checked the room thoroughly I could have been away to the airport with no passports many thanks

Beds slightly small , could do with one more pillow had 3 in the room

You really feel you are experiencing true Paris living when you stay at this hotel. The owners have done a great job in keeping its unique features. From the original lift to the winding staircase that takes you to the top floor and then the view from our bedroom window looking over the city (room 60)...just simply spectacular!!! Very friendly staff and excellent location for exploring the city. Highly recommended.

Personnel was very helpful, kind and eager to assist on all matters. The value for money was excellent considering the hotel's location (central), amenities, comfort in the room (bed quality, room temperature, wifi availability) and cleaning services. 100% recommended!

The room could have been differently organized to accomodate luggage for 2 people more conviniently. The elevator only goes up to the 4th floor, from the 6 floors in total. Apart from these 2 really minor issues, the hotel is still a great choice and it's highly recommended based on our stay.

rooms weren't massive but still plenty space

The location was near to a lot of restaurants & bars , also close to the underground

The Wi-Fi didnt work in the rooms , also was very difficult for Uber & taxi to enter the street and you have to walk to the Main Street , and wasnt easy when you have your luggage .

I consider hygiene to be the number one priority in a hotel and unfortunately the room was very dirty and nothing was done during our stay to change this fact. The bathroom’s wall had spots of toothpaste from a previous visitor that we cleaned ourselves. When entering, on the floor we found a hair tuft that remained there the next day, after the cleaning staff supposedly cleaned the room. Again we had to clean it ourselves. The floor was always dirty. The rooms were in general old but that didn’t matter so much.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bonne Nouvelle. The staff were very friendly and super helpful. The location was also great with a walking distance to the train station and all major attractions in Paris :)

I think the hotel is great value for money. The lift is very small, but I was aware of this at the time of booking, so I braced the stair instead.

Very good place to stay when your visiting Paris. The room we got was better than in the pictures. Staff was polite and helpful. Recommend! 🙂

We got the room on a highest floor and the ceiling was not even (somewhere higher, somewhere lower). We were both shorties, so it doesnt bothered us.. But maybe its littlebit inconvenient for taller people.
