Good Location, close to the metro Manuel Montt and Pedro de Valdivia, restaurants and bars. The staff very helpful and kind specially Don José.

Quiet, clean, comfortable, convenient to subway

All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Any questions I had about getting around the city, what sights to see, etc, they did their best to help out. Very relaxed atmosphere

This place gave us amazing service! On our first day when we wanted to explore the city, Mercedes gave us map, showed where the hotel was on the map, as well as the closest metro station, then circled the highlights of the city! The night before the morning we checked out, they arranged our ride to the bus station (very helpful since we don’t speak Spanish). On the morning we left, they fixed breakfast for us a 6:15am - their normal breakfast doesn’t start until 7:30. The room was perfect, absolutely no complaints! I highly recommend it!
