Lage besonders gut zum Zentrum und See. Zimmer alles vorhanden auch wenn teilweise Renovierungsbedürftig, Frühstück mit guter Auswahl, Parkplatz direkt am Hotel

Wir hatten eine Geburtstagfeier mit der 14 Personen und alles war bestens vorbereitet. Zimmer, Location, Essen - alles hat wie vorher abgesprochen super funktioniert. Das Personal war einfach Spitze - DANKE!!! Piero hat uns super mit seiner Musik unterhalten - auch ihm ein grośes DANKESCHÖN

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, es befindet sich nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Zentrum entfernt. Das Frühstück war lecker und die Auswahl ausreichend. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Nicht so gut gefallen hat mir das Zimmer, den es war sehr klein. Das Badezimmer war ziemlich eng, das Bidet etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig.

I am very sad that I have to give this place such a low grade, but i will give you my reason in the cons of this property. The hotel is very pleasant, the rooms are nice and perfectly clean , a bit older, but you can expect that if you check the photos. The staff is really nice and helpful and the location is perfect. The breakfast buffet is very good for an Italian hotel with 3 stars. The pool is very nice and pleasant and so is the garden.

And here we come to the reason for my low score. Is the parking price. The hotel has a pretty big parking space for cca 10-15 cars. And until the morning when I paid my check I thought it was free, but then i got the receipt for 8€ per night. It was never specified that parking is not free and also in my honest opinion I think that if you have a hotel and you have parking spaces, you should give them to your guests for free. I think that it is a sign of bad hospitality if you charge the parking in addition to the previouslly agreed price, especially if you don’t let them know that you’re going to do that. I would be completely satisfied if the price for a night would be 8€ more and there was no additional charge for parking, but the way they do it just leaves a bad taste. Sorry for my bad review, otherwise very nice hotel!
