lovely people, lovely rooms and service and especially us working nightshift and all doffect hours having the 24 hour check in availability is perfect. adore the stay and will continue to come
bond was not received back on either 2 occasions staying. i took out breakfast from the bond but i should still have had 70$ from the first trip and $45 back from our last trip but a bond was never sent or given back

Room was nice
Pillows were awful. So thick that I struggled to sleep most of the night and had a sore neck in the morning

Its a beautiful location; clean room and comfortable bed. Delightfully refreshing pool and reception staff were friendly and helpful.
The blinds in our room did not block out the light completely and therefore we were woken when the sun came out.
We also paid for a late check out, turn the do not disturb sign on, and were still woken by house keeping. This has happened on both our stays.

We were very lucky to get a car park as a vehicle was just leaving as we arrived. The carpark was otherwise full and we would have had to find street parking which is extremely limited in that area.

Entrance through the car park was hard ti find reception.

Rooms are really well appointed and clean.
Fully refurbished with awesome outdoor relaxation zones and killer sunset views.
Despite the very secure off-street under cover gated car park, our car was broken into - which is not the hotels fault - do not leave any valuables in your car. The staff's care and assistance following the incident was excellent.

Facilities are great. Very luxury room with dreamful bathtub. Everything was clean and parking place was safe.
No restaurants or market within walking distance but hotel bistro was nice.

We really enjoyed our stay at Tradewinds, including the on site breakfast option. A hot tip for a local place to have a nice lunch or dinner: Young George, up on the corner of Hubble and George streets.
A couple of yahoos made a midnight ruckus, in the common area, but this is hardly the fault of the hotel.

A buffet breakfast would have been better.
Overall nice place to stay.
The thumping noise from above somewhere in the motel all morning. No shower lotion, empty bottle.

The room was a great size with a lovely modern bathroom and well equiped kitchenette. Bed was very comfortable.
