Naama Bay Hotel & Resort

The resort itself was large and centrally located, right next to the shops and the promenade. The beach was just a three-minute walk away. The hotel was lovely and clean, and the food was varied, offering something for every taste. The staff were very pleasant and helpful—always smiling—and we owe a special thanks to Mr. Mohamed Omar for his smile and for going out of his way to fulfill our every wish. We had a wonderful time and would gladly return.

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel and overall enjoyed our experience. The cleanliness was good, although there is definitely some room for improvement in this area. The food served at both breakfast and dinner was fresh and tasty, but I think the variety could be improved, especially for guests staying for several days. The snacks available by the pool and at the beach were reasonable, although some of the sandwiches were a little dry. On the positive side, there was a great selection of desserts and plenty of fresh fruit. The hotel has a very convenient and central location, close to everything you might need. One of the highlights of our stay was the beautiful view from our balcony overlooking the bay. We were lucky enough to enjoy some of the most beautiful sunrises I have ever seen. The Wi-Fi connection was also excellent throughout our stay, which was a big plus. Overall, we had a good stay and especially appreciated the location, the beautiful views, the fresh food, and the wonderful sunrises.

One thing I found a little disappointing was that, despite being on an all-inclusive package, the delicious coffee served at the upper lobby was not included and had to be paid for separately. However, Walid, the gentleman working there, was absolutely lovely and made the experience much nicer.

The staff are very helpful, friendly and cheerful.
