La habitación de estilo japonés con vistas. Fue increíble. Fue cómodo el futón. El trato de los recepcionistas fue impecable y nos regalaron un bonito detalle por la luna de miel. El onsen fue un acierto.

Le style de la chambre japonaise, grande et confortable. Le bain public et la localisation. Personnel très accueillant.

Le prix pour la nuit élevé. Hôtel un peu ancien mais très propre.

The room was spacious and clean. The location was also good. The staff members were friendly. We absolutely loved their cream, shampoo, and conditioner. The private onsen( hot springs) was lovely, but be sure to reserve it early.

One party in our group is vegetarian. They didn't have too much options for vegetarians. So paying that much for breakfast for that person was a waste of money. The rest of us enjoyed the breakfast.

The location in the island and the staff service and support.

The price of the room was high for the value and the comfort of the room.

The hotel is conveniently located to explore Miyajima. The staff is very kind and they arranged a private visit at the spa, that was very nice. The breakfast and dinner are very traditional, so we are happy we got to experience that too.

Spacious ryokan, friendly and helpful hotel staff, a shop at the lobby for last minute shopping, near shops and sightseeing places. They provided yukatas, water bottles, coffee, tea bags and delicious biscuits. They also setup your futon beds while we were out during dinner time.

1. The powder room was outdated. 2. Had to request for a microwave although they were happy to setup in the lobby for you to heat up the food. 3. Should offer automatically if we require free pick up/send service from/to ferry area. It was quite a slope to walk up to the hotel. 4. Should provide information on how to book the private bath upon checking in. Only found out when i walked around the hotel but fully booked. Pls note there is no convenience store on the island and shops/restaurants close earlier. This has nothing to do with the hotel.

Be prepared, sleeping on the mats is very uncomfortable. We raided the cupboard for extra mattresses, still not great, wouldn't recommend, prefer western style room but know for next time!
