Proximity to the train station
The lack of a 'hello' at breakfast was really a deal breaker. Staff didn't seem to realise this. There should have been a welcome, this is how our juice works, this coffee machine isn't working, this one is.. Initially I thought there were no staff there. Then I realised there were two. In and out moving plates and looking in cupboards but not saying anything to guests. Also, I was asked to specify within a 30mn time interval when I would be down for breakfast..though I don't see how that made any difference

Staff very friendly. Clean, great breakfast plus parking (when you can find the location)🤣🤣😢😢
If you drive the sat nav will not find this place with the road signs I’d to drive up a one way street to get access to the car park ( in a right hand drive car) nightmare never again!!!
