accommodating staff. they really look after you and makes sure you are comfortable. Rooms are spacious and really well designed.
we were informed about the renovations only upon check in. Since I booked through booking.com I wished they had a note about possible disturbances. But this was a non issue when we informed them about the disturbance, they immediately addressed it.

The set up is really very good as there is a lot of space to move around in the one bedroom suite, Breakfast that goes with the package is also very good. The rooms are clean and if you need anything, your needs are attended to immediately.
The hotel staff are also accommodating and very attentive and very friendly.
It may just be a minor thing which the staff actually resolved immediately, but I wished they had informed booking.com of renovation work. We were only informed upon check in. But when we riased our concern they told us if we are bothered by the noise we could call them them and they will ask the workers to stop. When it happend we called and the noise stopped immediately and the front desk was also kind enough to check with us again. I think that's excellent service
