Excellent location for JR Trains and Metro into Tokyo central and other tourist destinations.

Hotel was directly connected to the Metro station, which was great to avoid summer heat. Comfy beds, adjustable shower pressure, fabric freshener, welcome chocolate and complementary tea/drip coffee were plus points.
Room had slight body odour smell, had to spray perfume to distract ourselves from this smell. The room where the laundry and ice machines were located was unbearably hot like a sauna. Koala cushion had spots that were chipped off which was sad to see as a koala fan.

The location, room size, overall comfort.
Only 2 lifts, executive lounge is token based (not clearly explained on booking), breakfast was not what was expected, line ups and waiting for food that was edible but limited options.
