Villa Park Sun Island Resort

It was one of the best beach holidays ever. The water, the beaches, the location, food, entertainment, literally everything was perfect! Id like to express my gratitude to Victoria who was looking after me during my stay. She explained and showed everything on day one and was always there for any kind of assistance and support. Knowing that you have a person like that during your solo experience was very important and stress free.

Everything was brilliant. The staff super kind, all organization is amazing, food so various, huge choice and tasty. This is the experience for every human once in life. The room is super comfy, so many detailes to love, everything provided: from hygiene, umbrallas, beach slippers, towels. Basically nothing is needed to bring.

We were told buggys were available anyrime for us as taxi, we called them twice and they didn't come. But we were told in 10min (still it's not a big reproach, just sth to improve) but the overall impression is perfect.

The resort has changed a lot since our last visit (two years ago). There's construction going on everywhere, and where there used to be water sports, gorgeous water, and white sand, there are excavators driving around. You can't even go into the water near the Tropicana bar—there's coral and ocean trash everywhere, and no one cleans it up.

The entire staff was taught to place their hand over their heart (as if they were happy to see you from the bottom of their hearts), but that's not true. The counter staff are completely clueless and don't solve anything or help. And if you want to solve a problem, you should only communicate with the manager of that department. We had an assistant, Nihada, we saw her once when we arrived and that was it. When I tried to find her, she always made excuses (she was sick, busy, on a day off). I haven't seen her for three weeks.
