Location was excellent, the staff were fantastic

I booked and paid for a Seaview room but did not receive it i had a dark room overlooking a court yard with another guests room just over from me, I complained to the staff who showed me precisely what booking.com requested, although I had paid £50+ more than the room value I received so not the hotels fault

The location is fantastic right by the sea wonderful views

The plugs were loose, so were the faucets which would practically come off as I’m turning the handle. There was a smell from the bathroom that wouldn’t go away even after the lady cleaned it thoroughly. The beds caused us back pain. We initially bought the room because of the view and image on the website which was very misleading and felt suffocated in a tiny room where we could not see each other because we got a twin instead of a double with a wall in the middle so we couldn’t even see each other! We were then given another room and as we entered another man was already inside the room, then we were given a third room and twice our card didn’t work over the days we spent there. No one was accepting that there were more rooms available until booking.com got involved suddenly then more rooms became available smh! Agatha was helpful to organise our stay and things improved toward the end of the week
