Spectacular property with stunning views. Excellent food Rooms were beautiful

My stay at Naturelithof was truly an unforgettable experience. I stayed for two nights, but honestly, it wasn’t nearly enough. The view from my room was absolutely spectacular — the kind of view you could sit and admire for hours. The staff were amazing: warm, friendly, and genuinely attentive throughout my stay. The facilities were excellent, and everything from the location to the service was thoughtfully done. It’s one of those hotels where the experience stays with you long after you leave. Beautiful surroundings, wonderful people, exceptional service, and a truly memorable stay. I would happily come back and stay much longer next time.

The location is great, as you are near of San Candido, but not in the crowd and living the mountains. Dinners were great as their food. The staff of cleaning was super nice.

The staff, especially some of the restaurant, were not that nice to those with children, but after tipping customers.

This is a tricky review to write. The hotel is really nice, room and location were great, we got the half board (breakfast and dinner) and the food was awesome and the view from the property is beautiful. One evening before dinner they had hors d'oeuvres and drinks for guests which was awesome. The outdoor patio is fantastic with the view of the mountains. And there is an indoor parking garage.

This is the tricky part. One of the reasons we reserved this hotel is because of the spa facilities which we were looking forward to after long days of hiking. But, unknown to us prior to reserving, the spa facilities require no clothes to be worn = completely nude. Saunas, jacuzzi, pool, steam room… all nude. There is a second pool that you can wear a bathing suit. The nudity made my wife uncomfortable and because of that she wouldn’t go to the spa. I looked through the hotel’s website and couldn’t find any mention of the nudity. Had we known this prior we wouldn’t have reserved this property. Also the layout of the hotel is a little quirky, as in you need to pass through most of the hotel to get to the elevator to get to the parking garage. And we did half board which included breakfast and dinner but when you leave early in morning you miss the breakfast and there is no coffee available to guests who leave early for hikes.
