Everything was truly wonderful; before I even entered the hotel, a staff member immediately came over to help carry my suitcases to the room, and the reception staff were simply excellent. They quickly arranged for early check-in and late check-out and were consistently extremely polite. The room was cleaned daily, towels were changed, and an ample supply of water, coffee, and tea was provided; the beds were very comfortable. I am very grateful to the hotel staff!!!
The only minor downside was the breakfast: there was hardly any fruit, the selection of vegetables and fresh pastries—such as za'atar bread, manakish, or sweet - were limited.

Room and amenities and also thanks for accepting my request for early check-in.
This is my 2nd stay in the hotel.
Even it is a 'non-smoking room' I could still smell the smell of the smoke.

Proximity to the airport. The staff were friendly.
Facilities are quite old. The bathroom does not look good. The pressure from the shower head was also quite low. You do not enjoy the shower. The toilet bowl is disgusting. They need to either really clean it or bleach it.
