The hotel was very comfortable and the staff were kind enough to give us extra pillow for an extra charge and leave our luggage to be stored on the last day for free.
A proper desk for a laptop in the room would have been great addition. The door was also not locking properly at all times.

Good location walking distance to Jonker st (about 800m). Room was clean and late check out at a fee was reasonable. AC and hot water shower worked well. Bed was ok.
The bathroom design was a bit strange particularly the shower position. This result in the door frame rotting at the bottom which didn't bother me too much but didn't look nice. The worst thing was the toilet cistern did not refill water after flushing. Again we had a solution by topping up water using the trash bin. I forgot to mention to staff when checking out (room 102). A bar fridge would be nice too.

Centrally located to places of interest. Convenient to move around with lots of eateries and convenient stores. Hotel was comfortable, clean and readily accessible.

Location only
So much of dirt at the edge of the bed. Iron board was placed at the corridor. Should consider having iron and iron board in the rooms.
