Keys Prima by Lemon Tree Hotels, Katti-Ma, Chennai

Very clean and wonderful team members attending all our request with any hesitation. Ideally located at heart of the city and best place for doing shopping If you need budget friendly shopping, recommended place to stay in this hotel Quiet area covered by allot of trees in the neighborhood.

Nothing major to note down..All positive about this property

The hotel provides exceptional service and warm hospitality. From the moment even before my husband checked in into the hotel, the service staff, Ms Jothi was attentive and thoughtful in helping to provide room service for my husband before his arrival. She even ensured that the food was heated and left in the room even when the restaurant closes before his arrival. The staff, Mr Manoj, Ms Jothi, Ms Aishwariya and Ms Hoi went above and beyond to make sure my hubby and my mother in law feel comfortable and well taken care of. Their kindness and dedication truly made the stay more special and memorable. I will most definitely give a 5-star rating for your hotel as well 🙏🏾❤️

The traffic outside the hotel was extremely bad, though no fault of the hotel. Just the location was bad in the morning and evening.

Ideal location for my requirement. Convenient transport access. Restaurant service and the quality of food.

Nothing specific to mention

Good location for me . Staff is good.

Bed very uncomfortable. Sagging in many places . Pillows also a bit lumpy. Shower temperature and pressure not uniform .
