It was very clean and the cleaning staff were really nice and helpful. They brought us some beach toys for my daughter! And were very flexible. The view from the balcony is beautiful!
The bed was not comfortable and we were on the side where another hotel had a big air conditioning compressor on the roof and that was quite loud.
There was also some construction in the next street so there was a lot of noise. The manager who was in the office in the morning was not very patient when we asked him, for example, about late check out.

We loved the cleanliness, location & especially the spa and breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The bed was too small & the room was a little noisy at night from the street outside

Very clean. The staff was very kind and helpful. Excellent location. There was a great variety of options for breakfast and you could enjoy it on a beautiful rooftop

Location is 10/10 and it was nice to have a balcony
The bathroom smelt so badly of sewage it was awful.
We weren't left enough towels for a booking of 2 people, just 1 big and 1 small towel.
The room was quite dirty and the bathroom sewage smell went into the bedroom so I was very thankful for being there for one night.
There was such loud music outside (not the hotels fault) that went on into the middle of the night.

"Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Sehr schöne Zimmer und ein sehr gutes Frühstück. Spa war sehr schön um runterzukommen. Gab absolut nichts zu bemängeln. Wir kommen gerne wieder."
