Near to the town and good places to eat

If you are looking for traditional Greek accommodation, Anthia is a great choice. We were fully satisfied with our stay and were lucky to have a spacious apartment, perfect for our family of 3, with sea view, good aircon and fairly good wifi and all necessary equipment. The location is very quiet and just a short walk to the beach. Supermarkets and a few tavernas are within walking distance. Stergos was a most gracious and helpful host. We would definitely come back to Anthia.

Of course it is always a matter of personal preferences. We do not like the concept of big resorts, so Anthia was an excellent choice for us. It is relatively small facility in private operation. In a quiet location, small supermarket nearby and you can get to the beach on foot in 5 -10 min. Also you can reach Tigaki easily by bike or even on foot. The room is spaceos enough. It is simple and yet very comfortable. We had everything we needed: refridgerator, small stove, dishes, shades to dark the room, mosquito net that you can open/close. The room was clean when we came and was cleaned on a regular basis. Balkony was nice and ours had a beautiful view on a piece of the see and hills of the island accross. It was so pieceful in the morning to have a breakfast there or in the evening watching the sunset. Stergos (the owner) was very nice and helpful, gave us a lot of information.

Stayed in studio for 2,decent size room, good aircon,mosquito net. Beds ok but a little hard. Nice quiet place ,pretty garden. Cleaned every 2 days with clean bedding and towels. Our flight was late night and we keep the room for all day with extra charge
