We needed to wait 35 minutes to check in because the room was not ready

worst experience ever, the hotel is very low standard, the rooms weren’t that clean and it was like furnished apartments not a Hotel at all!!

the security guard at the door was annoying. every time I came he’d ask for my room number. safety is good but he should be aware of who is staying in the property
