Dirty place. Dirty rooms. I got a expensive room, but all I see it's bugs all over and smelly carpet.

I liked the hotel mostly from the outside and the dining room area which looked great.

The hotel is falling apart, and the rooms are creaking and crumbling. Everything was very old and the room I got was in the attic and it was awful.

Was given room selection at check in, reception were friendly and helpful.

No one informed us of a large party at the hotel/restaurant on the 2nd night of our stay. May as well have been invited to the party, the music was so loud and continued till 5am, it was absolutely impossible to get any sleep. The hotel failed to handle the situation, only offered an apology after I complained - I asked for a refund but was declined, and now they are not even replying to my messages. This is an expensive place to stay for Berehove, but it's extremely basic - our bed was creaky and there were no proper curtains. Without the party you'd tolerate it for a night or two given it's central location but given our personal experience I'd strongly avoid staying here as the hotel management has no integrity or care for their guests.
