Excellent value for money in the summer, which is the low season in Hemsedal. You get a big apartment with a well equipped kitchen right in the middle of the town. It is most likely 3 times so expensive in winter.
Free parking behind the building.
Keep in mind that there's a bar which can be open until very late and host after skiing parties directly underneath the apartment. It was very quiet in the summer, but it is probably quite the opposite in high season.

Modern apartment with pleasing design, very good kitchen with great appliances. Bedrooms had quality dressers and comfortable beds. Easy to check in and out. Fair prices for the size and facilities.
The floors were very dirty, my wife and children's socks were black underneath, and there were several flies in the apartment. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell. The secondary bedroom was close to the exterior doors, and they were extremely loud. Every time someone came or left, it was like a cannon being fired, making the walls shake.

Good location with nice view. Quiet.
More than one casserole, and a one-liter cup.
