Very nice location, just in front of the sea, terrace with sea view. Place was clean, quiet with very traditional Spannish firniture.

Self catering apartment with a location that cannot be faulted. Lovely views out to sea from the terrace, handy for the supermarket, main street and restaurants, walks along the coast. It’s comfortable and clean, plenty of towels, large sofa, TV, dining table, seats at the breakfast bar, sleeps 3, twin bedded room and single bedded room. Washing machine and drying area. Kitchen with dishwasher (door fallen off), oven, electric hob. Electric kettle - broken. Bathroom (missing light bulbs)- with bath and shower and good hot water supply. Easy to gain entrance with coded key lock box. Easy to contact owner. Great little terrace. We love Arrieta with its great restaurants and laid back charm, and these apartments are perfectly situated.

The apartment is let down by lack of maintenance, and no internet connection - annoying - the owners other apartment next door has. Bedroom windows wouldn’t open. No toaster. Broken kettle, dishwasher door off. Bathroom dark due to lack of light bulbs (which we tried to find locally but couldn’t). Dead, unattractive plant on terrace. Notified owner and were told to leave key so things could be fixed - they weren’t. Hence not given it full ratings.

appt was tired , eg old mirror in bathroom . it had no window or door in 2 nd bedroom to outside for ventilation . poor facilitues eg no salad bowl or chopping board

The location and the flats facilities. Good value dispite it being very old fashioned.

It was like going to your Grandmas house. Very old fashioned. Bath badly chipped and marked. Black mould around the bath tiles.

Expensive, but worth it

Great location, practically on the beach; in a cul de sac so no traffic, several excellent restaurants nearby. Arrieta is a really nice, quiet little town, quite different from the noisy mass tourist spots elsewhere on the island.

A beautiful 2 bedroomed apartment. Had everything you needed, almost like being in someones home. Great location, a few steps to a lovely little beach and lots of restaurants close by.

We didnt get the key code so waited until the arranged time and then had to phone.

It is a spacious apartment in the village and it’s best feature is it’s location.

It is an older style apartment which is actually what I like. However - it could do with some improvements- especially the bathroom . We also felt that the quality of mattress could be better. With these in place - then this place would be excellent.

The location was amazing - easy to find, with an almost private beach to look out onto. I so wished we had spent more than one night there. Although we didn't meet the hosts, they were very helpful in giving information about entry to the property, which far exceeded my expectations for the price paid. I could foresee a family stay here.

We didn't stay long enough to find any particular problems, though the rooms were very warm overnight.
