The location of the hotel is excellent. In the city centre but in a quiet street, walking distance from everywhere. I stayed in room 205. The room was basic, but extremely clean. My room had a double bed and a single bed, so was quite spacious. Bed was quite comfortable. The bathroom was also spacious, very clean and with a hairdryer. There was water bottle and kettle in the room and you could refill the bottle with water from a machine in the corridor. The staff was very polite and helpful.

There is no elevator, which is an issue in some cases (mobility problems or heavy luggage). The furniture in the room was a bit worn out. The decoration and the feeling of the room is quite basic (but was not a problem for me). The roof top terrace is not as impressive as it sounds.

Location was great. Communication was excellent.

The people in the room next door were VERY loud, as were other guests returning to the hotel.

We had issues with the key and could not get into the hotel at midnight. no one answered the cell phone, nor responded to our messages all night. we were totally ignored until the next morning! we called more than 30 times and didn’t get a call back until 9am. no one apologized, nothing!

We had a fantastic stay at Masion Rooms. The location of the building could not have been better. The room was very clean and had everything we needed - amazing value for money! And the staff were so helpful. We will be back.

Staff at check-in were very friendly, responsive and helpful. However, I will not be staying there again due to the facilities. It is worth it to pay more and stay somewhere else.

I had an interior room, and there was loud machinery outside my room that constantly made noise, a mechanical screeching. My guess is it's an AC unit. I messaged the hotel to see if it could be turned off to sleep, but no one responded, ever. There is also no sound insulation between rooms, so any and all activity and talking can be heard VERY clearly and loudly. I think I only slept 2 hours.

Everything is perfect for the price. The owner was also very kind. There was no one at the desk, but we were informed in advance how to get the key.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and my room was big and comfy. I could check in early. I appreciate that they offer free mineral water and try to be mindful of the environment. Having a small fridge and netflix was also very nice. The location is central. In summary, price quality wise, this place is a gem.

The rooms aren't very soundproof and some guests were a bit loud in the hallway at night. To ensure good rest, I would suggest bringing earplugs. The mattress was a bit soft, but I had both a double and a single bed in my room, and the single bed mattress was perfect so that didn't turn out to be an issue!

Location, Location, Location..simply amazing. staff speak English. Place is cozy and very near to beach.
