Not worth... Not maintaining properly

The location is very nice.

The way they were maintaining so bad.. No toiletries. No other things which may require.

prime location in the main varkala market. you step out if resort and varkala beach is in front of you.

No staff availability during night. No telephone no kitchen. Whole cottage is on your own disposal. However, location is prime but not value dor money. You can find similar or good rooms in same price range.

Location, rooms, staff. All good would recommend.

Spacious room. Easily accomodated 3 guests. They gave us an extra mattress with a cot which was good. Comfortable beds and pillows. Clean linen. This is situated at the beginning of the cliff with good hangouts like Cafe Del Mar next door. The access to the beach below is also situated near the hotel. They helped arrange a taxi to the airport. Good, friendly driver and a safe commute.

The bathroom was a disappointment. There is no stand or caddy at the washbasin or shower area to keep toiletries. The handshower pipe is also old and moldy looking. The shower cubicle doesn't close fully so there is chance of water seeping out onto the rest of the bathroom floor. Also, they provide only a thin bedsheet and not a blanket or quilt. It gets pretty cold with the AC switched on at night. So ask for extra blankets. Daily housekeeping would be nice. Since we stayed only for 3 days, it didn't matter too much.

The location is amazing.

Not very well maintained. Lacks cleanliness as well.
