Location was excellent. Easy access to all things. Lovely courtyard to visiting.
The lighting in the stairwell should have been better in the evenings, was quite dark making it a bit difficult to navigate.

We stayed for a week and enjoyed Pozzuoli and Villa Avellino. We had a junior suite with a kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms and a walk in wardrobe for our clothes and suitcases. The bed and bathroom were on a mezzanine level. We slept very well. The best part was the view across the bay and out to sea. It was a quick trip to Napoli and beyond to Pompeii and Herculaneum, a good option for a base to explore the wider area.
The apartment needs a bit of refurbishment, particularly the bathrooms, but the kitchen was well equipped and the induction stove worked very well.

Wonderful hotel near the central piazza and port in Pozzuoli. Fantastic staff and very nice rooms. It's centrally located in a lively part of Pozzuoli and walking distance to dozens of great restaurants, bars, and shops. Short walking distance to metro stops, so also easy to get to central Napoli, Pompeii, etc. on public transportation. We will definitely stay here again.

The staff are very helpfull and always available. The location is perfect for travelling out of thr town and yet very near to the town centre. We felt very safe, as it is all gated and car park is very secure

Most staff members were extremely helpful, especially Claudia and Simone.
Breakfast was very limited.
If the rooms had framed pictures on the wall it would make the rooms feel nice, instead of like living in a blank box.
TVs did not have the channels as described in the room information folder.

The reception team is really helpful and kind.
For the price of the room I expected a better breakfast. No cereals (the last 2 days we had some), no fruits, no bread, no yogurt (the last 2 days we had some) and no savory breakfast... It was clearly not a Continental breakfast.
I put the sign "Don't disturb" on my door and 3 times it has not been respected by the cleaning team.

The bed was very comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the location was excellent. Free gated parking was also a huge plus!
The breakfast was very small. I didn't have much time for breakfast each day and only was able to eat the bread items and coffee they brought out. Fortunately I was still full from a big dinner every night!

The property is close to many restaurants and bars.
Couldn’t figure out how to use the stove top. It would have been nice if there had been a kettle to boil water for tea.

The property is in a fantastic location, walking distance to the port, secured parking available for a daily fee, very helpful staff, breakfast brought to the room, and one of the more comfortable mattresses I have ever slept on at a European hotel. The facilities are clean and our room has a kitchenette if we wanted to stay in and cook.
The internet didn’t function and this is the main reason we are giving this a lower number. We are here for work and it caused a significant problem to not have functioning internet. I hope this can be resolved soon.
