Everything was great.

Scenic mountain view

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was spot clean and visibly recently renovated, as the equipment looked new and everything was in excellent condition. The bed was really comfortable and there was absolutely no issue with anything. The room was cleaned every day. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, always smiling, chatting, and ready to help at any time. The value for the price is absolutely outstanding, and yet all the major locations are within car reach (Luz, Cauteret, Lourdes). Being a hiker, I also really appreciated that they proposed to keep track of my hikes in case there would be a problem, and when I forgot to inform I went to sleep at a hut overnight, they showed genuine care and worry. Must recommend!

Everything went perfectly :)

This was our second visit to the Hotel des Touristes. The hotel was fine for an overnight stay. Unfortunately for us it was a rainy Monday evening and all of the options for a meal within half a kilometre were closed so it made for an interesting time looking for food from the car. The room was small but sufficient. Free parking was available close by. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly.

Television didn’t work for some reason.

After 5 days of hiking and camping in the Pyrenees, this was a great stop to recharge the batteries. Staff were really nice and helped us communicate despite our terrible French. The room was comfy, nothing fancy but everything worked as it should.

Breakfast was nice but a little expensive.

Helpful staff, easy parking and a bar downstairs.

Room and shower room very small and there was a public terrace right outside the rooms window, had to keep shutters shut for privacy. A no smoking room but people smoking on the terrace right outside the window.

Seen the hotel many times when passing by so decided to try it. Well above expectations and surprisingly quiet. No private parking but municipal parking a stones throw away. Very nice people.

Nothing as it served our purpose very well.
