Clean and well equipped. Close to the activities and Dam square and other shops and cafes etc. Cees and Jojo kindly looked after us by taking our luggage up and down the stairs.
I have to say it, the stairs! We were on the top level and four flights of narrow stairs were exhausting. But typical Amsterdam style I understand and it could be worse.

View out of the window, location, clean, spacious (once you get past the stairs)
No sink in with the toilet, had to leave the toilet and then go into the separate shower room to wash hands (not a huge problem, just a bit weird)

The property was in Old Amsterdam and overlooked a canal. It is original and old. There is a supermarket close by. The hosts are very helpful and carried our luggage to our room.
It had 16 steps x 4 to get to our bedroom (64 steps). The steps are narrow and very steep. We are seniors in our 70’s with some mobility issues so we moved after 1 night for safety issues. Booking.com did not clearly articulate this property. There is no air conditioning so quite hot.
It would have been a great place if we were 30 years younger.
