Location of the hotel is excellent, surrounded by many shops/restaurants and very close to the main plaza.
Hotel Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
We had one of the Suites, so the room was very spacious and comfortable.
Parking was around the corner in a public lot and free with a pass given by the hotel.
Hot water was hit or miss at times but this should be of no surprise if one has travelled through small towns before.
No breakfast in hotel but there are so many great options a couple of steps outside the hotel, this was a non issue.

location was close to the main plaza and action.
My guests (Columbian) really liked the location and everything. It was a little hard to sleep in the middle of the night with the loud people drinking and talking through the streets. close to action and don’t have to drive to streets/restaurants. but I would prefer a quieter location.

Beautiful hotel right in the heart of Villa de Leyva. The rooms were very comfortable and the staff was extemely kind. They checked in on my wife when she was sick and even made her some soup for her stomach. That special kindness meant the world to us and made our stay so much nicer. Felt like home there!

Hot shower, comfortable bed, good WiFi, parking, right in historic centre.
Staff were lovely, the receptionist realised that it was my birthday at check in and had a cake sent to our room. How thoughtful, and much appreciated.

Quiet, even though it was right in the centre of town.
The room was windowless and there were no outdoor spaces to hang out in, so it was really only a place to sleep.

Very nice hotel and rooms. The decoration and location are great. It has a parking space 50m away from the property and you can park in front of the hotel to off load your luggage.
The bathroom was a bit small.

The staff was amazingly nice and offering help all the time, they suggested great places to go to, those young boys were working hard to keep the place looking amazingly nice and clean.
Keep it like this, don’t even offer plastic water bottles, you are doing so well ecologically!! We look for hotels that keep the Colombian traditions and are becoming more and more conscious ecological. You provide jobs for these young men, so great!

The staff was very helpful when we arrived late at night 11PM. The beds, pillows, blankets and towels were amazing comfortable. The decoration is beautiful, it is looks like a museum. Across the street is the Antonio Nariño Museum House.
My parents loved this place!!
It is not that I don't like, I just that will be a wonderful experience to have breakfast in the future. The staff recommended great places to have breakfas/lunch/dinner.
