That it was the only one avay

Its way too overpriced, the rooms are very dirty and the beds are super uncomfortable. Definitely not recommendable to anyone

- Central location - Cheap - Pretty much clean, not perfect but ok for a basic room

- Paid for a room with a terrace and got a room without a terrace or balcony, just a window - Didn’t see any staff at check in or check out, a cleaner gave me my room key and then at checkout I couldn’t find anyone so just ended up leaving my key on my bed, very hands off approach - A little yappy dog in the garden that barked NONE STOP. I love dogs, in fact I’m a dog sitter, and I saw this in other reviews and thought they were overreacting, but this dog is SO annoying barking all evening and straight back to it in the morning.

Loved the location and the atmosphere

+ Really great contact with the owner, Ms. Telma Pacheco, she answers to chat in booking app almost instantly. + She allowed us to arrive and check in a lot faster since we walked all day on foot. + She was really kind, also recommend us few places to eat (it was good food - Portuguese) great person, really nice handwriting thank you again :-) + Room had fridge (small one, it freezes everything) + There was small bathtube + There was balcony + Close to the shop and restaurants and city centre + There was TV (havent watch it - like only 8 channels in Portuguese + Clean towels + Clean bathroom + Peace and quiet + There was an option to have breakfast - didnt try it as we left very early + Microwave in the hall

Suggestion to improve (for better experience and higher standard) - the Wifi had really low range - barely usable - electric kettle on a table would be great to have some tea im the morning - there was an old closet - really dusty inside - there was no handle attached in bathtub, I almost fel of it while taking a shower - the blanket or throw that was on the bed was't washed for a some time - people im room next to us (number 8) were smoking all the time. Might instal smoke detectors to prevent it

The property was in a prime location . 40 min walking from the beach .

The booking was a total disaster. I had to pay extra for the room I booked. There was spider and spider nets all over the room . Even spider on the bed . The floor was not cleaned also.

We loved our room, and the balcony, and the view was awesome, over the farmlands.

Everything, second time been there, would always return.
