The Grand Puteri Hotel

Perfect location. The room was comfortable. The breakfast was so good especially Nasi Dagang.

The location is just walking distance to convenient store, mosque and bus terminal.

The bad smell of the hotel and the bathroom design. There is no raised-floor between shower and toilet-bowl area. Thus, the water from the shower area flows to the toilet-bowl area and wet the entire floor.

The location and the food. But maybe now because of our economy situation, the food were not as varieties as before. But the local food, nasi dagang is our all time favourite and still delicious.

Though the room is so small, but it's ok. The big problem here is, once i opened the door, an unpleasant smell from the room came out. I can't describe the smell, but it really unpleasant and uncomfortable. I did ask for air freshener from the front desk, but until i checked out the next morning, the housekeeper did not send it to my room. Upon my check out, I asked about it at the front desk and the staff claimed she had asked the housekeeping staff to go and send it. Well, i think i need to tell it here, so that the management should do something about the smell in that room. I always stay at this hotel before because of the food, location and cleanliness. But after this, maybe i should try other place.
