Hotel Santa Brigida

The front desk people were kind and very helpful -especially for solo travelers like myself

A few more toiletries in the bathroom . The breakfast was really disappointing - little variety and poor quality.

Room was clean and comfortable. breakfast was good. getting luggage up to the 3rd floor was rough.

explanation of getting into building and up to elevator and to room. We were traveling with a lot of luggage due to a cruise and found it very difficult to get luggage up to elevator and up to room. otherwise everything was good.

Clean, good location for port & 30 mins walk to train line porta Napoli where you can get to Pompeii & Vesuvius , nice receptionist, small but okay breakfast but mainly cakes but did have French bread , it’s small continental breakfast. I enjoyed my stay

It’s not really a hotel, more maybe b&b, it’s very small so don’t go here if you want hotel facilities. I never saw anyone at the bar & I was hoping to use the bar as travelling alone & thought a hotel bar would be useful but it wasn’t.

Staff were professional and respectful, location is solid

Outright lies about facilities - no laundry at all even though listed on the offer, worst breakfast I ever had in a 4 star hotel, only 1 day luggage storage. one mini bottle of body wash for body and hair. Bar exists but is not staffed, reception may give you something from it on request. AC not controllable. I booked a room with "1 large double bed": it was actually 2 single beds stuck together so I couldnt really sleep in the middle of a big bed as I expected. also: very poor entry signage No laundry is afaik a violation of a 4 star hotel standard in italy and IMO they should be stripped of the rating.
