The host was wonderful and helpful. She is very proactive and helps guest make their visit enjoyable. very accommodative.

Fantastic location, a short walk out of the center and great location for starting hikes up to the church. Gorgeous view over Kazbegi. Owner and family are really lovely and they have a little kitten that is playful and cuddly. Beds are incredibly comfortable and proper duvet provided, which is great for the colder nights Hot water in the evening for showers after long hikes Towels provided Good kitchen for tea / coffee and making small meals

A small point is the mould in the bathrooms on the ceiling. Didn’t affect my stay but can make the bathrooms smell damp but they were always clean.

The place was really comfortable and welcoming, it was like living in your own house. Also the lady owner of the place was really kind and helpful. Definitely I would recommend this place. I hope to return someday.

It’s not something bad about the property but if you try to reach this place using google maps it will show you a road that is not a road but something like a hike path 🤣
