Nightcap at Excelsior Hotel

I was expecting my room to be something cheap as that is what I was after, walking in knowing it’s basically pokies and a bar next door open till 4am it may feel a bit dangerous or just not right. However, I walked in to the room and it exceeded my expectation it was spacious, comfortable and more than enough with a comfy bed and a large TV with Netflix and the rest if you want. Room service did a great job and there was coffee available. I really did enjoy my stay.!

I was not really unimpressed about my stay at all

The room was clean, the bed was on the softer side and the staff were helpful, especially with dealing with a mix up on arrival. We loved the free drink on arrival as well and that the rooms were very close to the club and it's restaurant.

That I asked for a bottom floor room 2 times before arrival, once by email and once by phone call and they still put me in a top floor room.

The lady who checked us in was very lovely, kind and sweet. (Believe her name started with an L )but overall amazing stay
