Rooms were clean & you can park right out front. Nice spacious rooms with nice view across park. Local bistro close by. Housekeeping were helpful.

Never any staff at the reception & door is locked majority of time. You have to walk around to bistro to find a bar staff member that can possibly help with any concerns. Beds roll around room too easy & you really sink in them. On my stay the hot water was out for 4 hours (Im sure this was not a common fault however)

Clean and crisp bed linens and towels. Clean bathroom and shower.

No landline in the room. No 24 hour call attendance. After hour attention was difficult. No microwave or toaster. No plates, bowls or cutlery except two mugs & glasses. Not a single drawer in any table for storage. No linen change over 8 nights stay. No hair dryer in the room except on demand No complementary water except on demand

just because have a netflixx

no microwave , no plate and spoon , no hair dryer and they will hold your deposit $100 after you return the room key back .

Asked for a late check out and obviously there was lack of communication between hotel staff as the cleaner woke me up and rudely reminded me I should have left 10 mins ago. Baby cockroach in my shower so didn’t use the shower at all. Forgot my shoes, called the hotel phone to organise pick up. The reception/Management staff has always been wonderful however the cleaner guy came out into the pokies area holding my brand new shoes like they had Covid. maybe consider putting gloves on instead of holding them like they are going to bite you and over react in front of others
