Everything was really great for us im very familiar with Benidorm

The staff weee absolutely so so rude the security men were awful so rude and no help no English and the lifeguard at the pool was absolutely terrible I’m so disappointed

Location and apartment very clean, everything we needed.

Sunbeds around the pool would have made it more inviting.

Location in general and close to the Aloturin office.

Toilet was very small could do with new towels and bed linen.

The location was good. near to all what you need (Supermarket, beach, bar, downtown ..). Great view from the appartment parking for car.

No Air conditionner and noise.

Nice location, Clean apartment, has everything you need in it in terms kitchen utensils. Very nice pools and an amazing view

The host tried to inflict a 75 E surcharge for an already broken chair stick together with superglue and a drawer taped together. - In the end they let the charge go, but it seemed exagerated. Does not have air conditioning, on the hot summer days was difficult to sleep.

The apartment had everything needed. Warm and comfortable with great views. Glazed balcony with pull out double bed. Double sofa bed and two singles in the bedroom.

We couldn’t use the balcony area after 12am. The neighbour slipped a letter through the door after the first night. The patio door squeaks when you opened or closed it so every time I used it at night the neighbour would bang the wall. We were sitting in the living area with the patio doors closed and my brother put some music on his phone quite low. We got another letter the next morning. There were three of us staying, all in our mid fifties. I don’t think the neighbours would appreciate having 4-6 thirty somethings coming back after a night on the strip.

The staff was very friendly and helpfull. Had a great view fra the apartment. There was clean and everything worked. Would defently stay there again.
