Wonderful location, peaceful, and the cottage had everything we needed. The double bed was comfy for my partner and I, the twin beds could be a little better though. What a lovely little place to stay.

This cottage had all the amenities you could ask for, a well equiped kitchen and a wonderful location

The property is very dated and in parts needs a deep clean and refurbishing. The bedding was spotless but faded and old. The duvets and pillows were old and tired and we literally struggled sleeping due to beíng so uncomfortable. The decor was 1970's and it felt like Walter has just left. Time has stood still here since the 1970's, including the settees which I didn't feel were comfortable. Really does need some modernisation , the bathroom needs decluttering of stools/steps etc and the water pressure was low if you wanted hot water. I hate to give negative reviews but in my opinion the owners really do need to put some money into this holiday let which is in a beautiful location.
