We were greeted by Giancarlo, who was very nice and friendly, and gave us some suggestions on where to go and what to see. The apartment we had is on the first floor of a newer building, very spacious with two bedrooms, bathroom and open space kitchen with dining table and a small sofa. Since we were a party of four (2 adults + 2 kids) this apartment was perfect for us. Each bedroom and open area had an air conditioner, which was really needed with the hot weather (around 40°C). The beach is nearby, walking distance about 300m. Giancarlo also provided two beach chairs and an umbrella for the beach, which was really useful. The apartment is in a quiet and safe area, with free on street parking.

There is no grocery shop in walking distance, so we needed to use a car.

Second time we stayed at this place. Perfect location in Avola close to the beach and on a calm street. Very serviceminded hosts, answer quickly if you have a question. Clean and functional apartements. Would definitely stay here again.

The accommodation was located 10 minutes from the lovely sandy beach with a pizzeria 10/12 minutes from the accommodation & few fish restaurants by the Harbour which is about 18 minutes walk. The city center is bit far away, 2/3 miles & takes 40 minutes walking. We loved the apartment. Its newly furnished with two spacious bed rooms, kitchen fully furnished & a big enough balcony. There is also a washing machine. It is located at quite location & above all the communication with the apartment was super. Many thanks to Alexandra & Juan Carlos for their hospitality & making our stay a memorable one.
